COVID Rescheduling Policies

  • 30% of total wedding collection price is due at time of booking. This amount is nonrefundable.
  • All monies, once paid, are nonrefundable.
  • Wedding dates can be rescheduled in full one time with no penalty. Any additional reschedules will incur a $500 non-refundable fee (this amount is not applied to total balance owed).
  • In a situation where clients would like to "split" wedding coverage (for example continue to have a small ceremony on their wedding date and move the remaining hours to a reception date in the future) all plans need to be discussed and approved in advance. Hours are considered to be continuous once booked on a wedding day; in this scenario travel time may need to be accounted for in creating a timeline. Travel fees may also be applicable if client chooses a new city or venue for their wedding day.
  • It is the clients' responsibility to confirm any changes in plans with Courtney McManaway Photography. Moving wedding dates or plans without confirming availability or approval of change in plans will not entitle clients to refunds.
  • Wedding date pricing is locked in for 12 months past the original booked wedding date. Clients looking to reschedule more than 12 months past the original wedding date may need to rebook photography collections at new rates, if applicable.
